The Global CO2 Initiative focuses on using carbon dioxide as a feedstock to make durable carbon storage materials (construction, carbon black products, etc) and circular (chemicals, fuels, fertilizers, etc). We support research, student education, and help startup and incumbent companies solve issues in scaling this field to commercial and climatological significance. I'm a mechanical engineer by training, have been in this field since 2015, and previously was a new technology engineering manager for Ford in various aspects of EV and fuel cell powertrains. Helping to scale new technologies that help the planet and people is exciting for me.
